YOU’RE WELCOME HERE

Your first visit.
One less thing to wonder about.

You don’t need to know exactly what to ask for. Here’s how your time at Pure Serenity begins, from choosing an appointment to getting comfortable.

01. Choose a little time for yourself.

Signature sessions are available for 60, 90, or 120 minutes, at $120, $150, and $200. Prenatal and postnatal massage has its own booking options. Reserve your appointment through Square, where you can see the available times and service details.

If you’re deciding between services, start with our guide to choosing your massage. You can talk through the details with Jill before the hands-on part of the session begins.

02. Find your way here.

Pure Serenity is at 2020 FM 967, Buda, Texas 78610, inside Fit Logic Functional Medicine. Parking is available on site. Give yourself a little extra time to find the entrance and arrive without rushing.

03. Begin with a conversation.

Every appointment is with Jill Degenhardt, LMT. Let her know what brings you in, the areas you want to focus on, your preferred pressure, and anything you would like her to avoid. Share relevant health information, recent changes, and any questions before the session starts.

04. Settle in at your own pace.

Jill leaves the room while you get ready. Undress to your level of comfort; you remain draped during the massage, with only the area being worked on uncovered. You can ask questions, request a change, or pause the session at any time.

Some people like to talk. Others prefer quiet. You are welcome to let Jill know what helps you feel comfortable.

05. Leave a little room afterward.

Take your time getting up and getting ready to leave. Before you go, you can discuss your experience and ask any questions about a future visit. You don’t need to commit to a membership to return.

A few common questions.

Do I need to know which technique I want?

No. Choose the service and session length that best fit your preferences, then talk with Jill about how you feel and what you would like to focus on. You can also call before booking if the options are unclear.

Can I ask for a change during the massage?

Yes. Tell Jill if you would like lighter or firmer pressure, a different position, a change in temperature, or a pause. Your comfort matters throughout the session.

What should I do if I need to reschedule?

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if your plans change. Use your Square appointment confirmation to manage your booking, or call the practice if you need help.
